Electronic Health Solutions Employees Take Part in “Change Day 2025”

As part of its ongoing commitment to raising health awareness and enhancing patient experience in Jordan’s healthcare sector, Electronic Health Solutions employees actively participated in the activities of Change Day 2025. The event was held at King Hussein Medical Center, the Ministry of Health headquarters, and Queen Rania Hospital.

The company’s participation focused on introducing patients and visitors to the My Hakeem mobile application, which is already used by more than 600 patients. The initiative highlighted the application’s wide range of digital features and services designed to simplify the treatment journey and save time and effort for users.

During the event, Electronic Health Solutions’ employees engaged directly with the public, offering detailed demonstrations of the application’s capabilities. These include monthly home delivery of medication for chronic disease patients, secure access to medical records—including radiology reports and lab results, booking follow-up appointments with physicians electronically and issuing official health certificates directly through the application.

Electronic Health Solutions emphasized that its participation in Change Day 2025 aligns with the company’s mission to continuously improve the quality of healthcare services provided to patients, contributing to stronger community health overall.
